Our Complaints Policy

We strive to make every child and parents experience at Georges a positive and rewarding one. However, if for any reason you feel this is not the case, please do not hesitate to let us know.
- If you have a suggestion for something we can do better or change to make you or your child's experience more enjoyable, please let any member of staff know. We value feedback and do an anonymous questionnaire every year to try and strive to make our Playgroup the best it can be.
- If you wish to speak to a member of staff, please speak to any member of staff you feel comfortable speaking to. If you wish to make a suggestion without speaking to us in person, you can email, telephone or message us.
- For complaints please speak to the manager (Sarah) or Deputy Manager (Marcia) so your complaint can be dealt with swiftly. Any complaint will go through our complaints procedure and you will be kept informed at all times.
Any large complaints may need to be notified to the local council or Ofsted. We really hope that you feel comfortable to come in and chat to us about any concerns you may have.
